Fraunhofer Building Innovation AllianceThe Sino-German High-Tech Platform Project is located in the Sino-Euro Urbanization Cooperation Demonstration area in Foshan. It is the only platform in the Guangdong Province that expands a cooperation in all aspects with Germany. This project has a gross floor area of 210,000 m² and consists of 180 meter high twin towers with 41 floors.
Under the framework of Chinese Green Building evaluation system, this project is developed as a sustainable high-rise office building to be the incubators of high-tech enterprise and Research & Development organizations.
