Baoshan New-Good-City Focus Area

The project is located in the residential community area of the middle-west zone of the Baoshan District in Shanghai. In the future the zone will be combined with a rail transit terminal which will change the area into a regional public activity center. The scheme plan is based on the German ÖPNV System (public short-distance traffic system) and integrates the traffic infrastructure, the public service and the open space. Firstly, according to the accurate position of requirement and function scale forecast, the plan is going to create multi-functional innovative nodes. Secondly, for sake of enhancing the efficiency of the community operation and the convenience of people’s life / work / traffic, the plan layout, which is divided into city, community and block, is distributed in the whole area. 
The convenient connection points in the city network and the interesting walking paths are forming the characteristic cluster groups. The project will lead to a delicate life experience by running the smart community efficiently.
